PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days unless otherwise noted. Please note that processing times may be longer during launches, holidays, sales, or high-volume order periods.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size unless a promotional shipping offer is active.

Delivery times are estimated by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Modestly Rooted Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, weather conditions, holidays, or other carrier-related issues once a package has been shipped.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the package.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Modestly Rooted Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package appears lost or delayed, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Because we begin processing orders quickly, we cannot guarantee order changes or cancellations after an order has been placed.

PREORDERS

If your order contains a preorder item, your entire order may be held and shipped together once the preorder item becomes available unless otherwise stated.

LOCAL PICKUP

At this time, Modestly Rooted Boutique does not offer local pickup unless specifically announced for special events or pop-ups.
