FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise noted. You will receive tracking information by email once your order has shipped.

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?

We currently offer store credit for eligible returns. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached within 14 days of delivery.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

At this time, we do not offer refunds back to the original payment method unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

WHAT ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE?

Sale items, accessories, jewelry, hats, bodysuits, intimates, seasonal items, and items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.

HOW DOES SIZING RUN?

Sizing may vary slightly between brands and styles. We do our best to include fit notes and sizing details within each product description to help you choose the best fit.

If you are between sizes or need assistance, feel free to contact us before ordering.

WILL YOU RESTOCK ITEMS?

Some items may be restocked, while others are limited quantity and may not return once sold out. We recommend grabbing pieces you love before they’re gone.

DO YOU OFFER LOCAL PICKUP?

At this time, we do not offer local pickup unless announced for special events or pop-up sales.

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY CLOTHING?

We recommend following the care instructions listed on each garment tag. Many boutique fabrics benefit from gentle washing, air drying, or low heat care to help maintain quality and longevity.
